Now in our 22nd year of operation, Stone Bridge School is a fully established, financially sound public Waldorf K-8 charter school with an Educational Program Director opening for the 2022-23 school year. This is a unique opportunity to join our seasoned Faculty in providing one of the most successful, sought-after, and developmentally-based educational programs available to families of the Napa Valley region. We also have a beautiful rural campus!

This full-time position is for an experienced Educational Program Director; the ideal candidate will have a background in Waldorf Education and Independent Charter School Administration. Desirable skills include strong planning and professional development skills, successful leadership and familiarity working with involved faculty and parents, as well as experience working with and nurturing a diverse student body. Applicants must share our goal of teaching today’s children to be creative and critical thinkers, effective communicators, and collaborative problem solvers in order to become fully capable and compassionate human beings.
