Position Description: Human Resource Generalist
Reports to: Director of Administration
Status: Exempt
Summary Description:
Administers
• Hiring processes for all school positions, including 1099 contracts.
• Benefits Open Enrollment, including relationships with carriers and researching best practices.
• Contributes to and updates to the Employee Handbook of policies and procedures.
• Employee Personnel files.
• HRIS system, producing reports as requested.
• Workers Compensation and Unemployment Claims.
• Prepares Staffing and Compensation annual budget
Education and Experience:
• Bachelor's Degree with concentration in Human Resources and/or Business
• 5-7 years directly related experience
• PHR awarded or in process of obtaining
