Part time teacher - 5 hours a day 3 days a week. (4 hours with children)

We are two experienced Waldorf teachers seeking someone to join our part time early childhood outdoor farm classroom.

Nestled in the embrace of a peaceful oak grove, near the quiet beauty of the Willamette River, lay a magical rustic wonderland of childhood. This is Fernwood Farmschool. An outdoor oasis where the young child can sink deeply into the natural world. To play, to explore, to work and to revel - all in good time.

At Fernwood Farmschool, the days move in a dreamy sort of way. We dance to the songs of chickens, and the cycles of the earth. We celebrate the rhythm of the seasons and take part in tending each other and the land. We get muddy, and we laugh a lot! We enjoy seasonal stories and songs, we craft with the gifts of the earth, we take time to appreciate the abundance all around us.
