Provide students with learning activities and experiences designed to help them fulfill their potential for intellectual, emotional, physical, and social growth.
Assume responsibility for extracurricular activities as assigned.
Develop or modify curricula and prepare lessons and other instructional materials to student ability levels.
Assist students with homework, projects, test preparation, papers, research and other academic tasks.
Conduct on-going assessments of student progress.
Work in self-contained, team, departmental, or itinerant capacity as assigned.
Ability to work with students with various special needs including learning disabilities, autism spectrum disorder, and ADHD.
Must have relevant work experience in specific subject areas.
Must have good written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
Must have the ability to motivate students, serve as a role model for students, be patient with a great sense of humor, and excellent time management.
