Ocean Charter School uses a Waldorf Educational approach to teach common core standards in a public school setting. We are accepting applications for upper grade teaching positions (fifth-eighth) for the 2022-2023 school year. We are also particularly interested in candidates with the ability and flexibility to teach all grades, including the upper loop (6-8). Our school offers professional development opportunities, mentoring, and a supportive working environment.

Qualifications for Teachers:
1. Bachelor's Degree
2. Clear Multiple Subject Teaching Credential
3. EL Authorization
4. BCLAD Authorization
5. Other credentials meeting ESSA "Highly-qualified" criteria
6. Waldorf Teaching Certificate (or commitment to obtain certification)
7. Experience in Waldorf Kindergarten teaching preferred
