About Our School:
Spring Garden Waldorf School was founded in 1981 and is an accredited member of the Association of Waldorf Schools of North America. SGWS serves students from Pre-K through Grade 8. Our expanding curriculum includes Spanish, Choral, Orchestra, Woodwork, Handwork, Physical Education, Gardening and Extra Lesson.
Spring Garden is located on 12 rural acres near Akron, Ohio and is approximately 30 minutes from Cleveland. An established school of more than 30 years, Spring Garden is proud to have healthy finances, strong enrollment and school community, and a Board of Trustees committed to consistently improving faculty benefits. We also have a strong mentoring program and a commitment to continuing education.
Job Description:
We are now accepting applications for our Director of Administration. Join our team of school leaders in ensuring an exemplary Waldorf student experience, supporting our faculty, and cultivating a culture of collaboration and communication at our school. This is a full time, on-site position.
The Director of Administration will work closely with the Pedagogical Director, the College of Teachers, and the Board of Trustees to create a shared vision of the future of the school.
