Seeking self-starter with an entrepreneur mindset who can handle all aspects of managing small Waldorf-inspired service business including:
-Marketing
-Registration
-Customer Service
-Contract management
-Invoicing
-Hiring
-Bookkeeping
Ideal candidates are enthusiastic about Waldorf methods as well as other natural approaches to education, enjoy working with parents and children of all ages, and possess the following skills & experience:
-Working with students K-8
-Developing positive relationships with parents & teachers
-Quickbooks
-MailChimp
-Social marketing (FB, IG)
-Registration software such as Jumbula
-Familiarity with Zoom
-Excellent communication skills including writing, proofreading and editing
Most of the work can be done remotely with some work on-site, typically 1-2 days per week, 20 weeks/year. Ideal candidates have a strong interest in transitioning to ownership of the business.
