Eurythmy Teacher - Immediate and/or 2022 - 2023
Jan 19 2022 | The Waldorf School of Tampa Bay | Palm Harbor, Florida
The Waldorf School of Tampa Bay is a 22-year old, AWSNA member school serving age 3 through Grade 8 on a forested campus, in an urban, seaside location. We have been open and teaching in-person, on-campus classes outside since August 29th, 2020 and are experiencing tremendous growth during this time. We are looking for experienced, Waldorf teachers who long to be part of our thriving community, for years to come.
The ideal candidate will have excellent classroom management abilities, effective communication skills, and professional striving. We seek a candidate who has relevant teaching experience, a deep love for working with children, effective teaching skills that nurture and help develop the capacities in children, and a desire to be a part of a collaborative and committed faculty. The candidate should be trained in Eurythmy and have 3+ years of teaching experience.
This is an hourly, part-time position. Each grade has two Eurythmy classes, per week.
It should be noted that our school is currently also looking for a Movement & Games teacher. A candidate who is also versed in one of these areas could be considered for a full-time position.
Interested candidates should send their resume and three references, accompanied by a cover letter to hr@waldorftampabay.org
