Live Oak is currently accepting applications for an enthusiastic and experienced Spanish teacher for grades 5 through 8 for the 2022-23 school year. The teacher will hold class biweekly for each of those grades, therefore eight classes per week.

The ideal applicant will be familiar with Waldorf Eduction and able to creatively support the language study with, song, verse, dance, and an occasional culinary experience.

Founded in the fall of 1976, Live Oak is fully accredited by AWSNA and serves children from preschool through eighth grade. Our community enjoys a 40 acre campus in Meadow Vista, California, in the Sierra foothills, 45 minutes from Sacramento and 1 hour from Donner Summit. The dedicated and experienced faculty members of Live Oak hold true to the ideals of Waldorf education, and we deeply value the integral roles of mentoring support and the invested work of the College of Teachers.
