Human Resources Associate

City of Lakes Waldorf School seeks a Human Resources Associate to support our Human Resource functions. Responsibilities will include support of school staff in hiring, onboarding and evaluation processes, maintaining personnel records, human resource policies and procedures, and management of employee benefits. The Human Resources Associate will work closely with the Business Manager, Faculty Chair and Administrative Director. Qualified applicants will have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and a minimum of 2 years of HR experience, preferably in a nonprofit or independent school setting. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion are required. This hourly position is part-time, an average of 10-15 hours per week.
