City of Lakes Waldorf School is seeking a qualified and inspired class teacher to join our faculty as our seventh grade teacher for the remainder of the 2021-22 school year. Qualified candidates will have a college degree, experience in the classroom, a strong interest in Waldorf education and proven capacities for teaching. We are seeking individuals who are committed to excellence in teaching, educational equity and anti-racism, parent education and dialogue, self-development, collegial cooperation and an openness to working out of Anthroposophy. Qualifications and Benefits: Ideal candidates are Waldorf trained teachers with a Bachelor’s degree and at least two years of teaching experience. Qualified teachers without Waldorf training will be expected to attend a Waldorf certification program supported by school funding. Diverse candidates are encouraged to apply. We offer a base salary of $46,250 with increments for teaching experience and education.
