SANDERLING WALDORF SCHOOL (SWS) is seeking a class teacher for our next group of grade 1 students and to lead them on their journey through the grades from 1 to 8.

We invite you to join us in sunny, warm and pleasant North San Diego County, with its stunning coastline, open horizon of the Pacific, and its spectacular sunsets. More importantly there is a sunny group of children and a diverse and energetic faculty ready to welcome you to our school.

Interested candidates should have completed a Bachelor's degree and have experience with Waldorf Education.

A Nursery through Grade 8 Waldorf School SWS is a 22-year old accredited Waldorf School.

Our teachers must demonstrate an unflagging devotion to children, a strong commitment to Waldorf Education and a willingness to engage in the Diversity Equity and Inclusion work that is so necessary for our age.
In addition we are looking for candidates dedicated to excellence in teaching and to developing strong collaborative relationships with colleagues, parents and the wider community.
