We are looking for an inspirational leader and progressive thinker who can work constructively with both our College of Teachers and wider community to lead the school to achieve its ambitious strategic vision.
The successful applicant will have a deep understanding of Steiner pedagogy and IB philosophies as well as the educational frameworks and administrative systems and processes needed to underpin successful learning outcomes.

Sophia Mundi is a progressive, co-educational inner-city, Steiner school located in the Abbotsford Convent, Melbourne. In P-10 we offer the ACARA approved Steiner National curriculum and in 11-12 the IBDP. We were the first Steiner school in Australia and one of the first globally to become a world IB school and offer their diploma as our senior school qualification.
