Circle of Friends is a Waldorf early childhood school in Bend Oregon. We are seeking teachers to support our established program throughout the school day.

This position is from 12:30pm until 6pm, Monday through Friday with a starting pay of $18-$20 per hour.

Duties include: Caring for the classroom environment, setting up a restful place for the children and supporting them through the afternoon rhythm.

Ideal candidate can start immediately.

Dedication and performance will be compensated with a $250.00 bonus after 60 days of employment.

All applying candidates must be First Aid and CPR trained as well any other required courses for childcare providers in Oregon. As a state certified childcare center all employees must be enrolled in the Oregon Central Background Registry.

All candidates must have experience in working with young children, Waldorf experience/training or willingness to acquire training, a dedication to professional and personal growth, be a great communicator and work with children, colleagues, parents with intuition and joy!

This has the potential to be a year-round position, following Bend-La Pine school district calendar. With possibilities for additional working hours.
After 60 days, 5 paid sick days, and paid time off.
