Enrollment and Communications Coordinator

The Enrollment & Communications Coordinator is the public “face” of the
Apple Blossom Waldorf School. They represent the school to the public, the media, and the parent body while bridging the gap between the public and the school. They are responsible for the school’s public image, and understanding how to curate that image to bring in enrollment and community.

Supporting the sustainable growth of the Apple Blossom School and Family Center is the essence of the Enrollment & Communications Coordinator’s work. This happens through enrollment efforts which include communications such as marketing, networking, and supporting the school’s outreach volunteers to aid in this work.

The Enrollment & Communications Coordinator should be a service oriented individual with an outgoing and welcoming personality who is able to engage in-house and inquiring families.

Projects an attitude of grateful service, grounded and
mature receptivity, and an outgoing and welcoming personality.

Qualifications

Education
• Bachelor’s Degree in Communication or related field
• Knowledge of Waldorf Schools
• Demonstrable understanding of Waldorf school philosophy including recent trends in fundraising and philanthropy from a Waldorf perspective.
