Mojave Springs School seeks an early childhood assistant for our youngest class of children ages 2 to 3.5 years old. Candidates will possess classroom experience with young children as well as enthusiasm for working collaboratively with the Lead Teacher and with other members of the Early Childhood Faculty. Interest in learning about the Waldorf pedagogy and experiencing its application is considered a plus.

Our School: Mojave Springs School is a pioneering school in the Waldorf movement, presently with three early childhood classes, and 1st and 2nd Grades. We are growing one Grade per year. We are a Registered Initiative with AWSNA and an Associate Member of WECAN. Our most recent growth reflects the diversity and striving of this vital urban area.
