We nurture curiosity , creativity and imagination, knowing that with these we can evolve to being our highest version of ourselves.
The children demand that we provde more lively and honoring systems of education that inspire deeply. Our world is calling us to think outside the box, feel deeply, and trust our inner voice. As teachers we can be open to this in ourselves and in the children.
Candidate must have interest and experience in understanding pedagogy as well as be creative and compassionate. The small group of children are mixed ages and learning is based on developing the will, heart and thinking through interacting with nature.
