Spanish Teacher

Westside Waldorf School is seeking a Spanish Language Teacher to join our faculty for the 2021-2022 School Year.
Qualifications/Responsibilities
A Bachelor’s Degree and previous experience teaching Spanish in Grades 1-8 are required.
A Waldorf teacher training certificate and a degree in a related field are preferred.
Must be a fluent speaker with the ability to share both culture and academic content.
Candidates will be familiar with, or open to working within the Waldorf approach. They will be dedicated to supporting a variety of learners, including gifted students, heritage speakers, and students with learning differences, and be comfortable using the arts as part of their instructional approach. They will be familiar with research in best practices for language instruction at the elementary/secondary level and be willing to collaborate with colleagues.
