Live in or out- Experienced Waldorf Nanny Wanted

A warm and fun-loving family is seeking a gentle, nurturing, patient, and playful nanny with Waldorf experience who can keep up with and confidently care for their 3-year-old boy and 1-year-old girl!
We are a close knit family that values family time and a child-centered, nurturing environment. We have placed an emphasis on cultivating an Waldorf-inspired home philosophy; Spending time in nature, fostering imagination, and art are all essential parts of our children’s lives. Music, Singing, and Dancing is always welcome! We are very engaged in our children’s day to day life and hope to find a nanny with whom they can create a partnership of collaboration.
The perfect nanny for our family will have a fun-loving spirit with a sense of patience and initiative. A candidate who can be attuned to our children’s emotional and developmental needs, has a deep understanding of developmental milestones, and is open to communicating and collaborating with our family will be a valued asset to this home. Someone who is excited to cook healthy, organic, nutrient-rich meals will also be greatly appreciated!
Qualifications
- A valid driver’s license
- Candidates with experience/familiarity with Waldorf philosophy will be prioritized.
- Early childhood education experience a big plus
- Knowledge of developmental milestones and attuned to the child’s developmental needs
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be be comfortable being on a working farm with dogs, horses, goats, chickens, etc
