The ideal candidate is experienced with assisting in kindergarten. Creative and enthusiastic, they enjoy serving the needs of young children and seek a school with a strong vision, energetic colleagues, and clear leadership. At ease with indoor and outdoor play, cooking, and modeling household activities to children, they are conscious of safety and able to solve problems with discernment while maintaining confidentiality of student, familial and organizational information.
Dependability and the ability to joyfully collaborate with the lead teacher are key attributes to the success of the candidate.

Work Hours and Compensation
8:30 am - 3:30 pm Monday-Friday when school is in session.
Competitive compensation is commensurate with experience.

High Mowing School is home to over 300 Kindergarten-Grade 12 day and boarding students.
