Waldorf School of Santa Barbara is seeking an engaging, competent, and compassionate Part-Time Learning Support Assistant (4-8 hours per week) to support our school's learning support program’s tasks and responsibilities. We are looking for someone who can work effectively both as part of a team and independently. We need an educator who understands best practices in learning support, who is interested in collaborative and multidisciplinary approaches, and who is passionate about teaching elementary aged students. This position would include working with students one on one and in groups. Specifically, the tasks include working with lower grades Language Arts and Math skills support. This position pays competitive hourly compensation. The hours will most likely be needed Monday-Thursday between the hours of 11:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m.
